Volantix provides B2B travel management services including but not limited to:

• Corporate and business flight bookings (domestic & international)
• MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) travel management
• Group travel bookings and packages
• B2B travel partnerships and wholesale rates
• Travel brand marketing and digital campaign management

03 Booking Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective airline or service provider.
• A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
• Volantix reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of pricing errors or fraudulent activity.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring all passenger details are accurate at the time of booking.
• Name corrections after ticketing may incur additional charges as per airline policy.

04 Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full before a booking is confirmed.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers.
• All transactions are processed through secure, 3D-authenticated payment gateways.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Volantix is not responsible for any foreign exchange charges levied by your bank.

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Please read these policies carefully before making a booking.

06 Liability Disclaimer

Volantix acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines/service providers. We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by the airline
• Losses arising from force majeure events (weather, strikes, pandemics)
• Incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of booking
• Visa rejections or immigration issues
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings during travel

07 Intellectual Property

All content on volantix.in and triplogy.com — including logos, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Volantix Flights Private Limited. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

08 Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling travel bookings and providing our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to complete your booking (e.g., airline, payment gateway). Your data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

09 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
