Refund Policy

01 Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be applicable in the following situations:

• Flight cancelled by the airline
• Significant schedule change by the airline (more than 3 hours)
• Booking cancelled within the airline's permitted refund window
• Duplicate booking made in error (subject to verification)
• Cancellation by Volantix due to circumstances beyond the customer's control

02 Refund Timelines

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

03 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

• Volantix convenience and service fees
• Non-refundable airline fares (clearly indicated at booking)
• No-show charges
• Fees paid for date/name changes
• Travel insurance premiums (subject to insurer's policy)

04 Refund Method

Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking:

• Credit/Debit card payments → refunded to the same card
• Net banking payments → refunded to the source bank account
• UPI payments → refunded to the originating UPI ID
• Wallet payments → refunded to the original wallet

Refunds cannot be transferred to a different account or payment method.

05 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Your booking reference / PNR number
• Passenger name(s)
• Reason for refund request
• Original payment details
