All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider. Volantix acts as a booking intermediary and will facilitate cancellations as per the applicable rules.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@volantix.in or via our contact form.
• Cancellations are processed only after acknowledgement from our team.
• Verbal cancellation requests are not accepted.

02 Flight Booking Cancellations

Cancellation charges for flight bookings vary by airline and fare type:

Actual charges depend on airline fare rules. Our team will provide exact fees at the time of cancellation request.

03 Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain bookings are non-refundable by nature, including:

• Promotional and sale fares marked as non-refundable
• Group bookings after the ticketing deadline
• Bookings where tickets have already been issued and used
• Convenience and service fees charged by Volantix

04 Cancellation by Volantix

In rare circumstances, Volantix may cancel a booking due to:

• Airline schedule changes or cancellations
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions)
• Fraudulent or suspicious payment activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
