Volantix Flights Private Limited is a digital-first travel and marketing company. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All our services — including flight tickets, booking confirmations, and travel documents — are delivered electronically via email and/or digital platforms.

01 Digital Delivery of Services

All bookings and services provided through Volantix and Triplogy.com are fulfilled digitally:

  • E-tickets & Itineraries: Sent to your registered email address within 30 minutes to 2 hours of confirmed payment.
  • Booking Confirmations: Delivered via email immediately upon successful booking.
  • Invoice / GST Receipt: Emailed within 24 hours of confirmed payment for B2B clients.
  • Travel Documents: Shared digitally via email or secure download link.

02 Delivery Timelines

GST Invoice (B2B) Within 24 business hours
Group Booking Itinerary Within 4–8 business hours
MICE / Corporate Travel Documents Within 24–48 business hours

03 Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery

If you have not received your booking confirmation or e-ticket within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder
  • Ensure you provided the correct email address at the time of booking
  • Contact us immediately at contact@volantix.in or +91 93181 81883

Our team will re-send the documents or investigate any delivery issues promptly.

04 No Physical Shipping

As a travel services company, Volantix does not ship any physical goods. If you receive communication claiming to be from Volantix requesting a physical delivery fee or similar, please treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

05 Changes to Email Address

If you need to update the email address for receiving travel documents after a booking is confirmed, please contact our support team at least 24 hours before the travel date. Changes are subject to feasibility and airline system restrictions.
